My 3 1/2 mo old passed away Dec 05 I need a dr out of state to review the notes and help my attorney Is there anyone out there who can help. Please no rude answers I really need help I only have till Dec 11 06. If you can help me I will provide more info when I know you are serious.

You hire one, your attorney ( esp if they are actually trained in malpractice) would have lists of doctors to review your case.
And you actually want a local one, since the cost of bringing someone in to testify for perhaps days in court, can be very high.
So your attorney should merely have doctors that revew things for him. But if not, you merely pick one and try to hire them.
