Yes. that's why I stopped wearing tighty whities (the yellow spot was driving me nuts) and why I got one of those rugs that go around the front of the toilet.
My girlfriend designated her whole yard (2 acres) a urinating area (except the pool). One of the many reasons I love her (another is she lets me toss beer bottles onto the lawn when I'm floating around in the pool on one of those floating chairs).
