Hypothetically, if new evidence surfaced that argued that O.J. Simpson was innocent, beyond doubt, would people believe it or has america made up its collective mind?

I know he can't be tried again, but what do you think?

By new evidence do you mean the book he is writing about If he did it? I really can't feel sorry for a guy who is claiming to be innocent and then writing a tell all book about how he would have done it. This is one of 2 things
1) he did it and this is his way of trying to get rid of some of the guilt he is feeling without going to prison.
2) The desperate actions of a financially strapped person trying to cash in on a horrific murder.
Either way he is less of a human being for it. And actually he can be tried again. Not for the same charges but he can be retried for lesser charges. Like second degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon etc... That's probably is why the book isn't titled how I did it.

The only evidence I would accept would be for someone to step forward and admit guilt, and then offer unquestionable proof that he did it. Until then, O.J. is a cold blooded arrogant murderer and his new book should be banned from being published. If Cox airs his story, I will sanction all advertisers of the show and not watch Cox ever again. His new book will prove his guilt, while he is insulting the vicims' families. Why would he show proof of murdering his children's mother? What a nasty person, with no conscience!

I think the courts say it best....beyond a shadow of a doubt, you must find not guilty.

I personally think he did it, but they didn't ask me.
