The key is pale lips (use a very light nude tone), white eyeshadow and unique black eyeliner. The eyes should be the focus of the face, so play them up as much as you can with false eyelashes, etc.

This website (http://www.fiftiesweb.com/fashion/eye-make-up.htm has great tips for mod makeup and shows really good reference pictures.

If you want the classic mod eyes, here's a few basic steps:
1. Line upper lash line with black liner
2. Line upper crease with black liner (the liner should basically outline your upper eye in a half-circle)
3. Fill in the 'half-circle' with either black or white.
4. Line lower lash line with black liner and extend outwards (cat eye effect)
5. Add several coats of mascara on top and bottom lashes.
Optional: false eyelashes, white shimmer in inner corners of the eyes, painting lashes on under bottom lash line with eyeliner (like a doll's) as Twiggy used to.

Priscilla Presley back in the day had a great mod-ish look that's easy to replicate, too: http://www.priscillapresley.com/gallery-item.php?gid=4&iid=14#14

Play around with it until it works for you and you can always search Twiggy for mod makeup ideas. :)

Line your top lid with black liquid eyeliner starting at your inner eye. Start thin and gradually get thicker. Use DiorShow mascara or fake eyelashes to make your eyes pop and really give off that mod look. Also, use a metallic blue or silver eyeshadow. Go with nude, very light lips.

ouuu! apply black liquid eyeliner along ur lower lash line (not in the inner rims) to give ur eyes a "saucer-shape" mod feel. apply it to the top also. then get false eyelashes or a really good lengthening mascara for ur top and bottom lashes.

i looove this makeup look but i cant really pull it off because u need kinda big eyes.. i have small almond shaped eyes and this makeup look will only make my eyes look smaller.

i hope this work for u! :D

you can go to the mall and get one of those free makeovers and ask the person who gave it to you to right down instructions on how to do it and then buy the make-up you need
