here is my story, i usually have 25 day cycles and now i am at 28 and still no
AF. i did a HPT on monday on day 26 and it was negative. what do i do next? do i do the second HPT? or do i go to a clinic? or what?...

well if you are usually 25 days then you are considered 3 days late. i would take a test simply bc i can't wait like other people lol. if if is negative again then i would go to a clinic on monday and have them test your blood if AF is still not there. my AF is due today and nothing so far.....my test was neg also....good luck and keep me posted!

Levels of HCG (the pregnancy hormone that HPT tests detect) double every 2.2 days. I would recommend that you retest within 4-7 days with a HPT or see your physician for a blood test that can detect even trace amounts of the HCG hormone within 7-12 days from possible conception. Whatever outcome you desire.....good luck to you.

Wait a couple more days and test again. You could have tested too early.

I would wait until you are 5 days late and then test again.

Some women take awhile to register on HPT's.

I would wait about a week and then retest. if still negative go to gyno might be something else. there is also a a Early pregnancy test you can get that shows up 5 days before your first missed period i think its first response but not totally sure on that

get a blood test done.
or you could repeat the hcg in another week
