Interesting question. I would order so much stuff: Caviar for appetizer, some really good French cheeses, A premium wine with each course, foi gras, Lobster with butter, Chinese banquet with whole winter melon punch, Vietnamese omelet, have chef from Japan flown over to do some Fugu (I am going to die anyway), Smoked roasted Buffalo and Beef, Pork ribs, Turkey mole, Greek stuffed grape leaves, Moroccan Bistecca, Oh goodness so many French dishes, a bouillabaisse from Marseilles (my husband's home), Everything I even had from Bologna while I was living there, too much to think of
Dessert: watermelon, fresh cherries, strawberries, cheesecake from Lindy's, Marzipan, Gelato from Italy and also cappuccino from Italy (not the American crapola)
My dear departed Momma's fried okra, fried corn pone, and cornbread dressing.
My roast butter turkey
Pressed Canard from Tour d' Argent
Some pistachio ice cream, some brandy whipped cream with maraschino cherries and a side of chocolate sauce like Schraft's used to make
Spinach Paneer and spanakopita
A bowl of Matzo ball soup like my girl friend's Mom used to make
Pecan Waffles with maple syrup and butter
Oh, there is so much more I would want..... yes, a cheese fondue with all the trimmings and real French baguettes
My own Drunkin PUnkin pie with brandy whipped cream and
GRANDMA'S DIVINITY (I have never been able to replicate)

A 30 oz. medium rare rib eye (huge steak) Bake potato loaded with everything (butter, sour cream, cheese sauce, broccoli, chives, and bacon bits) Spinach salad with a hot bacon dressing, Corn on the cob with lots of butter and salt and pepper, A very large beer (draft of course) and for dessert a huge chunk of cherry chocolate cheesecake. I forgot about the grilled onions and mushrooms on the side and homemade rolls. Of course a gravy or a espignole sauce!

16 oz. prime rib, medium, with horse radish; a large baked potato swimming in butter and sour cream; broccoli for my vegetable and french bread plus Bananas Foster for dessert! Yum! Add a good wine to it and it's the perfect meal.

Grilled Sea Bass with white sauce, brown rice, stir-fried asparagus-red peppers-mushrooms, mixed green salad & some wine. Something made from dark chocolate for dessert. Anything- I'd let them surprise me.
