You could throw your backpack rocket as Leeanne has suggested, but the problem is that the backpack probably also contains your air cylinders. Oops. Poor design. Also, if it broke down, you were probably moving at the time, so you would keep moving in that direction. A bit tricky to judge where to throw. You could try to throw something else you were carrying.

I think LeAnne has it right. Throw something in the opposite direction. LeAnne, did you watch Dr Who do that once? In Four to Doomsday, made in about 1982, he was stuck outside a spaceship and threw a cricket ball against a far wall to get back to the door he was trying to get to. When he caught the ball, it pushed him to the door.

If you could puncture your oxygen tanks you'd be jet propelled. Puncturing the suit is probably a last ditch effort depending on how far you have to go
