how do you delete the history of the web search bar.?

looks like somone been going to bad sites...lol
and ya try doing this:

1.Go to Start-->Control Panel-->Network and Internet Connections-->Internet options

2.Now delete cookies and history or whatever u see there that says delete or clear...
