I would like a longlasting eyeliner, one that does not smudge or run. So it is probably waterproof too.
I've tried CG Smoothers Eyeliner, and Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner, but they both suck. Suggestions!
(ps. I know MAC is really good, but it is too expensive for me and is nevertheless not available here. I would like an eyeliner no more than $10)

I personally love all Rimmel products, especially the eyeliners as they seem to come in a wider range of colours than other brands & last a very long time. They're reasonably price as well, around £2.99. I don't know if you have Rimmel in the US or what that would translate into dollars though, sorry!

i use maybelline unstoppable eyeliner and i personally luv it. but one way to make ur eyeliner not run/smudge throughout the day is to apply foundation and a little powder around and under eye before applicating the eyeliner. its a trick that really makes a difference :)

Well I personally think CG (Coverr girl) liquid eyeliner works really well it kinda dries like mascare once you put it on it dries and get kinda hard so it wont leak or smudge through out the whole day
And its waterproff even for sweat it doesnt smudge try it

the best u can buy @ a drugstore is Maybeline!! trust me its great im on a low budget 2 but i luv maybeline it goes on like the high priced eye-liner!!

im not sure what this one is called but its pretty good... its a chisel tip... so you can get the wide eyed awake look... its a great look especially if you are tired... you can look great and look awake...
