Its like its inside not out, and it happens a few times in a minute, but then wont happen again for a while. Anyone help?

There are a couple of things that can be causing your symptoms. It could be just your baby moving around or kicking; at this stage in pregnancy, your baby's got quite a lot of space to move about, squirm, and exercise its muscles. Another cause could be the so-called Braxton-Hicks contractions; these are irregular, intermittent and shouldn't be in any way painful, very much like are describing.

I suggest it's the baby moving or kicking - but I'm not a medical doctor. If all else is well and it doesn't hurt - it's a good sign that he's an active little guy/gal.

Could be the baby moving. That can usually be felt by 20 weeks into the preg. Always good to check with your doc.

Stuff like that happens, probably little bitty muscle spasms as your body prepares to shove out that baby. I wouldn't worry unless it causes you pain or makes you bleed. You might mention it next time you see the OB too.

It is the pressure changes. Your baby is shifting and starting to move, and you have nerve endings there just like anywhere else. It is ok, nothing to worry about. It may even get worse as the baby moves more, and gains more weight.

Sounds like braxton hicks contractions or your baby is moving around. Your body is getting ready for labor, so it does small contractions to prepare.
