Tell me what kind of fun things you can do in each Sims2 expansion pack.
Tell me all the new characters and items too. Tell me if the games are worth it.

If you like playing the sims they are worth getting
University is okay, you send teen sims off to university. Builds skills, so it's useful for career progression and the social aspects of your sims life.
Nightlife is okay, it gives you access for your sims to own cars. Very much all about being a social butterfly.
Open for business is all about making lots of money. Running your own shop etc.
Pets is about owning pets. Lame if you ask me. =) It's the only expansion I dont own and I really dont want to either.

University: go to college, young adult stage, zombies, new music equipment
Nightlife: downtown area, cars, vamps, dating, pleasure aspiration, turn ons/offs
Open for Business: own & operate both home businesses and community lots, shopping area, the ability to have 2 jobs
Pets: pets (of course), werewolf, working pets
Of course they all have new objects.
I own them all and recommend all of them. Each expansion brings a new flavor to the game. Fav. OFB, Least Uni.
