1 - Society for the Promotion of Elfish Welfare
2 - Chinese Fireball (scarlet coloured)
3 - left
4 - 5972
5 - I Will Not Tell Lies
6 - 3 (the one Harry uses comes out in the basement of the sweetshop)

Hermiones dress to the Yule Ball was pink.
12 Grimauld (grim old) Place is the Headquarters for the Order of the Phoenix, and belongs to Sirius Black

At least, they are in the books (although the number on the train I got from the cover of the DVD - I don't think it's mentioned in the books)
Hope that helps.

ps - add - I've just checked, and in the book Hermiones dress is periwinkle-blue. Sorry for the misinformation. I think she wears a pink one in the film.

I have to ask, why are you doing your child's homework for him? What are you teaching him by doing that? You said you have gotten 44 out of 50 - what has your kid gotten? Why not read the book aloud together and find the answers together. didn't the teacher expect him to have read the book before the quiz? As a teacher, it irritates me all to pieces when a parent won't let a child learn.
what is important to you is the grade at any cost, not the process of learning and that's what you are teaching your child. shame on you.
