Since the Consitution of the United States of America says there is not term limits on being Vice President, I am for sure Clinton could be Vice President, but could not take over if the President was not able to be in charge.

Nope, if something should happen to Hillary then the vice-president, Bill in this case, would serve. And he's already served his possible limit so he's not elligible. The president also can't pick family members as part of their cabinet to avoid entire families running the country.

You can only be president twice + up to two years of your predecessor's term for a total of 10 years maximum. Clinton could not succeed anyone as president, unfortunately.
