i've noticed recently that when driving my civic on on rainy, humid day that it begins to get...well kind of fumey inside the car. It actually will eventually give me a headache and then slight nausea. It smells lightly like a chemical/exhaust fumes...but the car is quite, with no obvious exhaust leaks that I can hear....likewise I don't have a Check engine Light. So what could it be? It seem to be coming from the air vents as its much stronger when they are on with all of the windows shut

You have an exhaust leak somewhere between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter.

IT sounds like your heater core is leaking,if your windows fog up more that's probably what the smell is your heater core is in the ventilation ducting .Hope that's it and good luck fixing it.
