The sell those spinning wheels (like for your hamster) for your wireless mouse. Just place it on the wheel when you are done with it and it can run all it wants....won't get very far though.

Just reduce its sensitivity n also keep wireless devices like mobile, wi-fi modem away from it so that the distractions are reduces.
