Our wondeful forefathers knew that unless you divided them that there would be absolute total rule and they had not wanted any more kings, potentates, dictators. This creating the divisions disallowed any chance of absolute power rule and control the government and people. freedom is the key word.

The constitution is written in this manner because it was influenced by the Enlightenment ideas of such people like John Locke, Thomas Hobbes and Baron de Montesquieu. Montesquieu, of France had researched every known government in history and concluded that monarchs sucked. He stated that the only reason England had avoided tyranny (bad opression by a crappy all powerful monarch) was due to there unique seperation of powers. Therefore we as Americans took this and other ideas (Native American and Greek Democracy) into consideration when formulating our constitution. PS I teach World History and I hope this helps.

The erosion of attachment to our shape instructions the job of the people to reestablish governance via the consent of the ruled, via Revolution, if mandatory. i won't be able to fathom how a number of those solutions, many via people who call Dr. Paul an "isolationist," could nicely be so remoted themselves from the actual international as to think of our representatives stay rigorously adherent to the restrictions upon them and their places of work as defined in the form. ... redrepair: there grew to become into by no ability any point out of a residing shape suggesting that leaders could interpret it any way they chosen as cases replace. rather THE opposite!!!! The framers, with 2 working starts off (version from English regulation, techniques in writings such by way of fact the Federalist Papers and the Articles of Confederation) have been adamant that the suited shape be ready to weathering the adjustments of time. yet below no circumstances did they even mean it to be via whimsical re-interpretation. particularly, they laid out a strict equipment of AMENDING the form that demands very huge consent!!! If something, they did no longer prefer it actual replaced, much less, capriciously interpreted. it particularly is insane! further, the final consensus grew to become into that even THIS attempt at representative government might quickly succumb to the regulations of nature - that ability could be picked faraway from the people via helpful (and ability-thirsty) entities and that the "Occasional Revolution" might stay eminent. ...
