Matt Leinart is more NFL-ready. He also has great WRs in Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin.

I hate when people base their answers on nothing but their 'love' for their favorite team...
Matt Leinart is going to be a better pro. Vince Young will outshine Leinart in some years, but I expect Young to have a McNair-like career, good but not quite good enough to go to the hall. Leinart is going to have a very good career and I see him being a 1st or 2nd ballot hall of famer by the time he is done. Leinart just knows the game better and has the options. If Young is going to have a good career the Titans need to turn that franchise around fast.
And I would like to point out, to whoever brought up Vick and McNair. Vick is only still a starting QB in the NFL because the Falcons invested too much in him already to just drop him. Look at his brother, hes a WR now on the Dolphins practice squad because teams have begun to realize the QBs who think run first-pass second do not work in the NFL. Look at McNair, hes having a great year and I do not intend to take anything away from that, but his career has been highlighted by injuries. Running QBs do not last in the NFL.

Matt leinart is a thinking QB if he can get a good offensive line he will be a very good QB. Vince Young is also good but needs to protect himself if he wants a long career.Matt leinart will put up better numbers in his career as a QB

Leinart is more of NFL prototype quarterback, hes tall and hes very accurate, but hes not that mobile and i dont believe his arm strength is that great when it comes to going deep.....whereas Young is tall, his accuracy is good (although i will give Leinart the edge for now), hes very mobile, but at the same time will stand in the pocket and has a much stronger arm for going deep which is what NFL coaches and fans want.............so in the long run i will have to say Vince Young......you can teach accuracy, but you cant teach arm strength and mobility

I think Leinart is more of the prototypical NFL QB as he is a pocket passer; I think Young is a threat with his runing skills but may become enigmatic like Michael Vick.

History tells us that scrambling QBs don't play as long as pocket QBs unless they learn to stay in the pocket and not take as many hits.
so I would say Leinart
