There is no case on record of a person ever becoming a corner no matter how many collages they have.
I guess this is an example of where spell checking would not have helped make this question readable.

What is a 'collage'?? A corner?? You need college and medical school to become a doctor but you can learn how to spell in HIGH SCHOOL.

Not all coroners are doctors. In many counties (that's counties not countries) it's an elected position with no medical degree needed as prequalification. Bag 'em & tag 'em!

Sounds like you mean a "coroner"?? If so then they are "real" medical doctors and take all the training of such, just that they then specialize in forensic medicine instead of something like "urology, cancer, plastic surgery", etc.

Do you mean coroner? If it is corner you just stand in one until you meld into it.
