Not exactly but to a certain extent,YES. Heard of cyclotron somewhere. They are used to accelerate charged particles like electrons and protons using alternating magnetic fields.

No. A proton is a particle with a positive electric charge, while magnets are attracted to its magnetic domains.

If I remember correctly, no: a magnet will deflect the path of a charged particle, such as a moving proton, at right angles to its field lines.... but it won't attract it.

Magnets attract magetic stuff, like iron. If the proton is not like that, it is unaffected.
