Okay, bear with me on this one.

Last year, I worked at a Bath and Body Works store. As anyone who has worked there knows, they begin playing Christmas music in October. Obviously, by the time December rolls around, it's hard to not hate holiday music. However, there *was* one song in particular that I really liked...of course, I have no idea what the title was, or who it was by, so I'm taking a shot in the dark here. It was a sort of remixed song, with a throw-back, victrola record sound layered in. I think the chorus (with said sound) may have been sung by Billie Holiday, or Nina Simone. I remember whomever it was singing the words "My baby..." It had a sort of ambiance mix feel going on, with a bit of dance music flavor.

I'm sorry this is so vague, but I really can't think of more. If you know what song I'm referring too, you rock extremely hard. Cheers.

Sorry. I'm sure somebody knows, so leave your Q open for a while. If I get to the city, I'll visit there so I can hear the music.
