DO-IT-YOURSELF WILL KIT

Without a Will, the COURT will decide the outcome of your estate and determine the guardianship of any minor children. You may leave loved ones with problems and headaches that will need to be resolved in probate court.

Listen, I will is something serious, but you should have a lawyer write it. I mean, you will need a living will and then a will. I am a prepaid legal associate and our law firms write up your will and update them every year. You can do that for a miinimu of $17 a month, plus all of the other services they offer. This might just be a better option for you, so you can have everything in place. Let me know and I can send some information to you about the rest of the services, so you can see the value!

If you absolutely MUST write your own Will without a lawyer, at least find one that will LOOK at it for a price you'll pay to tell you whether or not it will be admissible to Probate.

Look, if you have assets enough to even justify a Will, and more than one person that thinks they should inherit them, odds are good they'll fight about it if they have half a chance. Why take the risk that their lawyers will wind up with all your money? Why not give the lawyers a tiny bit now and keep them out of it later?
