The Ou Mountains (Japanese: 奥羽山脈 Ōu-sanmyaku) are a mountain range in the Tohoku Region of Honshū, Japan. They stretch 500 km (300 miles) south from the Natsudomari Peninsula of Aomori Prefecture to the Nasu volcanoes at the northern boundary of the Kanto Region. These formed the boundary between Mutsu Province (which contributed the kanji 奥 to the name) and Dewa Province (羽).

The range includes several widely known mountains: Hakkoda, Iwate, Zao, Azuma, and Adatarayama.

The Ou Mountains are the setting for two manga and anime series: Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin and Ginga Legend Weed.
