We're suing a former employer, and these emails are needed desperately. I have cleaned out my sent files and trash files, and have defragged several times since then. I'm using the new beta version of Yahoo. I HAVE to get these files. Where and how can I get these?

if the emails were physically on your computer, chances are you can recover, if however they were on yahoo's web servers, they are purged and gone, though yahoo might have back up copies but they will not release unless a court order supena comes their way.

sorry, but they are gone once deleted and you cleaned out your computer.
that' why i never delete emails...i have emails going back to 1992 on my computer

Download the google desktop, it will find anything that was on your computer, for free..good luck>>
