Slept in until noon. Walked into the office, and caught my least favorite co-worker doing something blatantly unprofessional and fired her on the spot. Get into a fierce debate with my second-least favorite co-worker, who storms off in a huff to the elevator and forgets that it's actually an empty shaft that goes down eight floors. Won a free lunch at the fancy pizzeria up the street. Got off work early, and spent it with my kids playing and maybe setting up a model train set. Met some bully or jerk from high school, and compare resumes (they'd be bagging my groceries). Found a free coupon for a 2-hour body massage. Come home to a meal catered by Emeril (my wife would've won it from some Food Network drawing). Soak in a hot tub with a cold beer, snuggle with my sweetums and three cats. Tuck the kids in bed, and they go to sleep without struggle or argument. Snooze soundly, dream of being abducted by Gillian Anderson, Halle Berry, and Sandra Bullock, who want me to help them populate the Planet Ambrosia IV....then discover it's not a dream!

Wow. At least I've got the cold beer.

I would awake with out a worry in the world. I would work out for about 30 minutes and then make myself a simple breakfast. Next -- (oh wait can't forget the shower) Yes! I would take a shower AND THEN taken my dog for a walk about. Next, maybe I would go downtown for a little shopping. Perhaps find a book or something pleasing to put on display in my house along with all my findings I would have from my many travels. Then I would return home and work on my latest screenplay. Following that I would meet a friend (who knows, maybe a certain male friend) for lunch. We would have a thoughtful conversation about anything and everything. Before parting ways we would make plans for lunch the following day. Then I would return home. I would practice my violin or flute a little, write some more, and start dinner. I would make a call to my mom and tell her about my day, because she will always be wondering about how I am doing on my own in the city. While I am on the phone with my mom my "certain friend" would call on the other line requesting to not wait until tomorrow's lunch to see me. So I would make a few changes to my dinner to accommodate two. Dinner would be happy and warm, and when my friend left I would write some more and retire for the night only to wake up the next morning and do what ever will make the day feel right all over again.
