The PSP uses WiFi Connection. It picks up any nearby internet signals and you can connect to them. Try going to Starbucks and connecting to the internet there. It is absolutely free. And that means you could "steal"(access freely) someone's internet if it isn't password protected.

And I'm pretty sure it's free.

I met someone here on Yahoo. For a long time, we just sent emails and used a site we both joined. Later, it progressed into phone calls, regular mail... letters, cards and gifts. We finally met in person and are now looking for a home together. You can connect with people here, just like anywhere else. Only difference is you get to know more about their character and personality rather than their looks and such. I have also made some friends here who will always be in my heart and are now friends in many more ways than just the internet.

You must be near a network. Obviously you must know how to connect to a network on the psp. Try a Starbucks or a WiFi network at your home (if u have one). Sometimes i may not be free. It all depends.

Not everywhere. But anywhere that has a wireless network around, such as Starbucks. If you do that, it is free.
