I bought the Bratz one and it's way too easy -- annoying, also. We have an old Barbie one, so that's out. I have looked on Amazon at a couple v-tech ones, but many reviewers said that the screens were hard to see. Got any ideas or experience with these toys?

MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAS THE VTECH TOUCH TABLET LABTOP AND SHE LOVES IT. IT IS THE BLACK AND WHITE VERSION AND IS NOT HARD AT ALL TO SEE. THE COLOR ONES ARE DUE TO COME OUT SOME TIME THIS MONTH AT TOYS R US. IT HAS A WORD PROCESSOR IN IT THAT SAVES UP TO 3 FILES AND YOU CAN HOOK IT TO YOUR PRINTER TO PRINT THE FILES. have you looked at the nitro vision tv learning station? its not a laptop but it looks just like a computer and it plugs into you tv.
