Yes. All are great. Look for a book called, "The Complete Works of Edgar Allen Poe" it has all of his stories, poems, and books in it. I liked it all but you must read "A Tell Tale Heart" or "The Raven" or "Annebel Lee"

The Telltale Heart
The Gold Bug
The Murders in the Rue Morgue
The Fall of the House of Usher
The Raven

Another good story, which was not written by Poe, is entitled "Usher's Passing" and is based upon Poe's story, and is somewhat spooky as well.

The Raven. If you have never read Poe before, you have to pay attention. Did you know he committed suicide when he was 31?

rather - between the perfect American writers - The Telltale heart, Fall of the residing house of Usher, the Raven, the Murders in the Rue Morgue - he stimulated Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (Sherlock Holmes) and to evaluate him to any of immediately's writers for this variety of writing, think of Stephen King. Gothic became his difficulty. Poe became certainly the grasp of the terrifying tale.

He wrote short stories, his idea was that a story should be read in a single sitting.
A good one and maybe his most famous is The Telltale Heart.
