I would not have a headliner. I would have many great bands but would not advertise the line-up in advance. People would have to come to hear great music not just to see one or two famous bands.
I would probably include a mix of bands from different genres. I would have new bands and veteran performers.
AND I would not rip people off for food and drink as most festivals do. £2 for a can of coke my *rse!
Anyway if the festival was just for me and I did not have to sell tickets or anything I would choose:
Jethro Tull (folk/ blues/ rock)
Nightwish (heavy metal)
Blondie (new wave)
As my personal headliners.
