does anyone know a site where i can play notes? i mean i have a paper with music notes an di wish there was a way i can plug them into a site that plays notes and see how it sounds?

There's a free program called Finale Notepad which lets you do that, but you have to download it.

Finale makes a lot of good music notation software.

yes. an amazing piece of software is guitar pro. i think the latest version is 5, and u have to pay for it, unless you have resources ;)
