Multiply both everything by 60
60(4/3)(3x-2) - 60(3/5)(4x-3) = 60(11/60) + 60(3x)
80(3x-2) - 36(4x-3) = 11 + 180x
240x - 160 - 144x + 108 = 11 + 180x
96x - 52 = 11 + 180x
-63 = 84x
-63/84 = x
-3/4 = x

(4/3)(3x - 2) - (3/5)(4x - 3) = (11/60) + 3x

Multiply everything by 60

20(4(3x - 2)) - 3(12(4x - 3)) = 11 + 180x
80(3x - 2) - 36(4x - 3) = 180x + 11
240x - 160 - 144x + 108 = 180x + 11
96x - 52 = 180x + 11
-84x = 63
x = (-63/84)

ANS :
x = (-3/4)

4/3(3x-2)-3/5(4x-3)=11/60+3x
distribute
4x - (8/3) - (12/5)x + (9/5) = (11/60) + 3x
-1.4x = 1.05
x = -.75

ANSWER
x = -3/4
