Not unless you lie and say something is wrong with it. I doubt they'll take it back cause you took it for a test drive and found you don't like it. Go to a store that you can play a game on the console at....like Best Buy. Save your money if you don't like playing it there.

Even if you dont have your RECEIPT Wal-Mart will take it back if you say it was a gift.

You can tell them you got two of them for your birthday, and returning one for store credit.Because I think thats what you will get. not cash.
