"They" are not "all" coming up here, in fact the population of Mexico is larger than it has ever been. But to answer your question, if the human race keeps thinking they are God and can decide where HARD WORKING WELL BEHAVED LAW ABIDING PEOPLE are allowed to live, yes, Mexico will be empty. The whole Earth will be.
