Hey, well i am 14 years old and i have this kind of dry spot between my testicles and my penis, and it's really itchy, and when i scratch it too much, it starts getting moist and red,
should you guys consider putting lotion on or something?. cuz it's really weird....lol

Might want to see a doctor. I've never seen Jock Itch, but I know it's red and itchy...

It could be jock itch,dermatitis,eczema or any number of things,best to let you doctor see which one it is and prescribe an appropriate medication.
