In fact, it tracks overseas calls only. It does not listen in to the conversation. It strips all information of the telephone user leaving it only with the phone number. Any numbers repeadtedly calling these "hot spots" in the world are suspicious. ONLY THEN will they dig up your information. But they DO NOT LISTEN. I wish the media would stop bad mouthing our nation. If you are reading this, and this seems foreign to you, open your mind and stop absorbing all media information.
