my birthday party will be tomorrow, but i cant go to the store to buy balloons or anything like that, so should I even have decorations at all?
i will have food and cake, yeah, food is covered.
Entertainment ideas? games that nine 16 and 17 year old teenagers could play together, but please, no lame games.

Pin the mustache on the geek! That'll be awesome. Your friends will get a kick out of it I promise. Print out a picture of a geek (get it from an image search) and get some hair and put it on the sticky side of tape and pin. Oh, and spin the bottle is a good one (teens like to make out) you just need an empty bottle and then you and your friends sit in a circle with the bottle in the center and spin it. It'll land on somebody and then you spin it again and that person has to kiss the first person (if its boy and boy or girl and girl keep spinning until its..fair) Or 7 mins in heaven where a boy and a girl get locked in a closet for seven minutes. They have to do "something" or they are out. Usually the host (you) have to be one of the people in heaven but you can pick somebody else if you want oh, and there is no backing out.
