I have something you might try, but it might give you a heart attack.
Jealousy is trying to keep something or coveting something that might not be meant to be.
Why don't you try looking at your life, your things, your friends and looking at them for what they truly are.
Start by giving things that mean something to you away.
Try it for a week. Start letting go of things that hold you hostage and you will start to be free.
Put others before yourself, work on their happiness.
If people see that you have a true interest in making them happy, they are likely to go out of their way to make you happy as well.
If they can't they weren't your friends after all.
Joy comes from within, happiness from outside of yourself.
What is truly in your heart and are you able to let life sort itself out?
Peace to your soul.

Jealousy is fear. It's hard to enjoy things or people when you are afraid of loosing them.

Now you are saying how is this helpful.Knowing what your problem is is a large part of the cure.

Try the Sedona method to let go of the fear.
