Waxing is pretty easy and cheap. Once you do it the hairs grow back much finer. and at a different pace so it seems to last longer. You can either do it at home or have it done at a salon. It isn't expensive either way.

You didn't say if you're a guy or a girl, which obviously makes a big difference. Sometimes women have "hair" on their face that is really just peach fuzz but it turns dark. Then all you have to do is bleach it about twice a month with a product like Jolen Creme Bleach. That way it will never get thicker and stubbly.

Depends on your budget - shaving is cheap, of course. There is waxing, which can also be pretty cheap, if you buy the stuff from the store (which works really well by the way). If you have a lot of money, see a doctor for lasers.
