I reallllllly like this guy.....I'm pretty sure helikes me too. We are both kind of shy, but i really want to ask him to the dance. Any suggestions?

Start talking to him. Maybe not a whole lot all at once, but just say hi when you pass by him and then maybe if you have a chance, sit by him, then just start having little conversations with him every now and then. Then when you talk more, there's more of a chance he'll ask you to the dance or even like you for sure.

First off, ladies (and gentlemen), I'm sure the guy would feel intimidated if you just walked up to him one day and said, "Hey, you wanna go to the dance with me?" If I was in that position I'd be thoroughly intimidated. And a shy guy isn't going to reply, "Hey, what the heck? Let's go!" He might even say no 'cause he's too intimidated. First thing to do is to bring up a totally unrelated conversation, something like last night's assignment or an upcoming project due date. I have no experience with this kind of matter, but I'm sure this makes sense, yes?
And once you get all of this down, just GO FOR IT! If you like this guy, ask him; just don't shout, "LET'S GO TO THE DANCE TOGETHER!!" in his face. Please.

Do what your heart tells you! You may even wunna ask your folks.. see what they say (they've most likely been in your situation before..lol) But if you think you both have the same feelings for each other.. then you can ask him or write him a note, email or whatever and just inquire: "Would you like to go to the dance coming up? or... Would you like to go with me to the dance?" I can't tell you what to do (I wouldn't want to) So just ask yourself and see what you really wunna do. If you have some friends you can trust.. have them do a little scouting! LOL Who knows-- he may ask you! Hope you have a great time!!!

This is what my friend did.
Ever head of a time bomb? It is when you write someones name on someones hand, and then a time on the other side of the hand. Lets say someone wrote bob on my hand, and 7:30 on the other side of my hand. If I looked at my hand any sooner than 7:30, I would have to ask bob out.
Get one of your friends to write your name on his hand, and here is the trick.
Lets say it is 11:00 am. Your friend writes down your name, and then puts in the time of 11:02. The guys thinks "Two minutes, I can handle it." Two minutes tick by and he looks. He sees your name, but he has to ask you out, you know why? Your friend ment 11:02 PM and it is still am, so he has to ask you out!! Your friend can also change the game so whoever is on his hand, he has to ask to the dance.

placed on something casual.. yet differnt out of your widespread college outfit. do no longer choose for a lumpy sweater which will disguise up each and every thing, or a skirt because of the fact it relatively is totally no longer worry-free to grind, or dance in any way whilst wearing a skirt. except you're into being a slut of direction. i think of you will desire to choose for some tight denims and a small tank or tube good.

Give him some fried chicken, from Kentucky's, that's the good stuff..... mmmmm all those 12 herbs and spices mmmMMMM, damn I could go for some of the colonel's special right now. With a couple potato wedges... maybe some mashed potatoes.... mmmm that's tasty, maybe a sprite to wash it all down...
And don't play the time bomb game, because he's gonna slap your friend for tricking him, and then he's gonna just go to KFC by himself which is no good, because he could be sharing some of the delicious chicken goodness with me.

Just do it! What's the worst thing that could happen? You get turned down. Oh well! It happens to the best of us! Imagine if no one ever took the first step! We would all be nowhere today! So just go for it girl! Plus, I doubt he'll say no anyway, since you think he likes you as well :).

Go right out a say it. If you don't try, the other guy might be to shy and you'll never know what he would of said if you asked him! Go for it and good luck

Go up to him and ask him. If he likes you, he should say yes. If not, rejection is tough, but you can't force him to change his feelings for you. You'd have to get over it, although it may take time.
I know it will be hard, but if he's shy, too, then someone has to do it!!
