Don't expect the 360 to drop anytime during the holiday season because the PS3 will be extremely rare to find, so people may buy the 360 if they can't find the PS3. 360 is already cheap enough compare to the PS3. Wii will also be somewhat hard to find, so if no Wiis are available people may go with the 360. These shortages might help boost the 360's sales, and as long as the 360 is selling well, there's not going to be a price drop.
360's price will drop when the other consoles become more widely available, and people are buying one or both systems.

It'll probably come down this holiday season because holidays sales and specials and also since the Wii and PS3 are coming out, Microsoft might lower the price of the Xbox 360 a tad bit so that it is a lot more appealing.

Not this holiday season, 'cause Microsoft sucks. Get a Wii. $250, and comes with a game.
