There is 'Windows Movie Maker' under C:\Program Files\Movie Maker. If you had a bunch of pictures you took, you could make them into a movie that way... the problem is that WMM gets overwhelmed with too many pictures at once, and you can't easily make them shorter than 1/8 second per frame.

It might be easier to put them together using something like VirtualDub which can take a bunch of frames and make it into an AVI. It's open source software.

Also, check your camcorder because they often have a 'stop motion' feature to take multiple snapshots and turn it into a movie.
