From what I could find, 14 is the minimum age allowed in the US. Over that, you need parent's permission until you're 18. The site linked in my source has a lot of age-limit laws, state by state.

16 with just parental consent. If a minor is under 16, then they have to have court approval.
By the way, regarding the website: http://www.coolnurse.com/marriage_laws.htm Some of the information on that website is outdated and incorrect--the information for the state of GA for example. Should you have a question about underage marriage, VERIFY the information.

i think the legal age to marry your kin in oklahoma is 12, and if it is not a kin folk, i think it is 15. on the other hand, i do not think you have to be any certain age to marry your sheep, which may not be a bah-had idea if you do not even know the legal marrying age in your state. so depending on who you are marrying, that determines the legal age for courtship in the old state of oklahoma.

honestly, i think people that try to get married this young are trying to prove that they are in love and all that. unfortunately it almost always backfires on them. i would advise against it.
