Easiest way is to go to the page that you want ot be your home page and then click Tools (on the menu), then Internet Options, then click the "Use Current" in the Home Page section at the top.

Go to the website you want as your home page, add it to your favorites, then set as your homepage. Some websites, like Google and Yahoo! have links that you can click that will automatically set them as your homepage.

While this question has been answered I shall post a step by step plan:

↓ Right hand click you internet shortcut on your desktop
↓ In the menu pop-up select, "Properties"
↓ Directly in the white box it will say a web address, called your homepage
↓ Alter this address to your desired webpage


eg.
http://www.msn.com
http://www.hotmail.com

Remember to apply your settings in order for them to take affect.
