I know the saying "What doesn't kill you can only make you stronger", but I know I have limits, and if I try too hard to overcome pain, I might be seriously hurt. I want to know if there are gradual but surefire steps to take, either to deaden pain receptors (which doesn't seem to work well) or just increase my pain threshold in general.
