how do you unlock or get hotcoffee mod for ps2, on GTA: San Andreas?

Lol u would be able to do it if it was a game that was bought before the release of the patched up version. In other words, only the earlier games accept the mod. I personally don't know how to get the mod, but if you google it, it shouldn't take long.

First, what the other guy said is true; you can only do this on a game that came out before the GTA recall and rating upgrade, like mine. I'd then tell you to check out gtagarage.com for the mod. But, Rockstar shut them down a while ago. After all, it was their fault that they got slammed with bigtime lawsuits. Now, I'd say to surf the search engines for places to get it, if any.
