The largest amount, to my knowledge is Los Angeles. It's about half the population. Most are from Mexico, but their are well good sized communities from all over Latin America. Cities with large Hispanic populations tend to be in the Southwest, near the border with Mexico. Other cities are Miami, with a large influx from Cuba. Also New York City has a very large Puerto Rican population. There are many cities in Texas, predominately in the Southern part, which host large Hispanic populations, mostly from Mexico. But each large city in the country, host a decent sized Hispanic community which has grown significantly over the last decade.

I am not sure of the exact statistics, but South Florida has tons of Hispanics. The tri-county area Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, have many Latinos. Mostly Cubans, and Puerto Ricans.

Laredo, mcallen, or el paso. All of them are right on the border. I once sqw this movie of a guy crossing the river on an elephant with a mariachi band playing on the shore. Most of the hispanics there are probably illegal. The next biggest place would probably be a big place.
