You could probably try to weigh down your body with some kind of strap on weights or something, then when you jump without the weights, your body will feel less heavy, and you will feel as though you can jump higher

No offense, but how much do you weigh? If you're 6'7" and can't dunk, that's kind of bad. How old are you, because that could be a factor, too, I guess. . .in some way.

But one good thing to use would be a jump rope. If you practice it with both feet, one foot, then the other foot, and alternating feet, you can also improve your agility. And jumping side to side and front to back while jumping rope helps, too. Power skips; driving one knee up into the air while driving the opposite elbow up as well. Plyometrics help as well, such as jumping up and down quickly on and off a box.

Well I am 5:7 and my dad is getting a cheer leader coach to show me how to jump high. He thinks I can probably dung it by next year. Dude I could like be on the news! I am a 13 year old girl so it isn't very common I guess. Anyway you should see if there is a cheerleading coach in the area to show you how.
