You can test 19 days from the day you think you may have became pregnant and get a accurate result.
A blood test will show if you are pregnant 7 days after conception.

With a urine test, you can do it when you are due for your period or even a couple of days or so earlier. With a blood test, you can do it almost right after conception.....because it turns positive long before you get near to missing your period. If you have sex around ovulation then you can easily take a urine test 16 days after sex......
