Yes I have heard it was given to harem girls. But I haven't tried it. Maybe I should, I'm 41, if it could help me I'd be impressed.

Properties -
Fenugreek is a bitter herb that increases milk-flow, stimulates the uterus, soothes irritated tissues, lowers fever, reduces blood sugar, improves digestion, promotes healing, and has laxative, expectorant, diuretic, anti-parasitic and anti-tumor effects.
Fenugreek sprouts are also used to promote hair growth, especially in men.

No, but it does stimulate lactation. If you aren't lactating or attempting to force lactation, it won't do anything in the breast department. It will make you pee, though.

I've never heard that. However, it does help to rid the body of impurities through the urine.
