In tennessee they cant get married until 16 even with parental consent. The parents are responsible for the child but if they allow her to say move in with him and his parents than thats ok but neither can legally rent a place on their own either. They can not be emancipated in Tennesse either (emancipation is a legal process by which minors can attain legal adulthood before reaching the age at which they would normally be considered adults).

I highly doubt it because they are both under age. Unless you mean with either of their parents yes if the other parents say yes. That is awfully young to be messing around with boys yes boys and girls. You kids these days need to take a look at yourselves. You are still kids and you need to stay kids until you get out of high school and maybe even college. Get an education and a job so you can support yourselves instead of us working class citizens having to support your ignorant habits. Take a look at yourself.....

This just makes my spirit sick... Kids should be kids and not have a huge responsibility of raising another human... Where has people placed God our maker in their lives??? No she should not move in with him. Her parents should help their own child through her pregnancy and them help to raise this helpless new human, not just a baby doll playtoy. Babies need lots of stability, good nutrition and a good upbringing. With Gods help. All of you unchurched children, and you ARE still a child are just lost without the spiritual guidance of God. Hey, he wrote a book- check it out... the Bible.

Ooooooooooook. What does that have to do with trying to conceive? Absolutely nothing. You are sticking your nose into someone else's problem and how & why should we?
