I would realize it was an accident and try not to take offense. Of course if I was suspicious that he was cheating, I would confront him about it.
I have accidentally called a boyfriend by an ex's name and felt bad, but it was not something I did out of desire for the ex. Just an old habit from being with someone for so long. My inlaws used to call me by my husband's ex girlfriend's name and I just ignored them until they said my name.

I would titally freak out because why in the world should his ex be on his mind while he is having sex with you. She should not even exisit to him. I know that I would not be able to let it go this would cause some very big complications in his life from me.

Heck, that kind of stuff happens. It doesn't mean anything. I have a sister that I see a few times a year, and after we are together, for some reason, I call my wife by her name for a couple days. It's one of those things ya just gotta laugh about.

Yea, I would freak. I'm really not a jealous person but that would put me over the edge.

If my husband ever called me by his ex's name I would freak out and probably slap him. but hopefully that would never happen since we've been together for 6yrs, I would be in trouable if he still thought of her.
